Instructions for: GeoshareToGeotiff

Follow these steps to add this Trigger to your Project.

General instructions

  1. Add a new Trigger to your Project
  2. Set the "name" of the Trigger to "GeoshareToGeotiff"
  3. Set the "type" of the Trigger to: EVENT
  4. Set the "timing" of the Trigger to: BEFORE
  5. Set the "method" of the Trigger to: GET
  6. Set the "timeout" of the Trigger to at least:
  7. Set the "URL" of the Trigger to: https://triggers.utils.tests.tygron.com/task/?trigger=GeoshareToGeotiff
  8. Add the following assets to your Project, as desired:

    Trigger usage instructions

    Ensure the data for the GeoTiff is present on the GeoShare, and that the url for the GeoTiff file on the GeoShare is known.

    Ensure that there is a GeoTiff present in the Project, and that that GeoTiff is used in a GeoTiff Overlay.

    Add Add parameters of the form "&[GEOTIFF]=[URL]" to the task url.

    Recalculate the project. All indicated GeoTiffs which are part of a GeoTiff Overlay, and have no discernable data (their volume value amounts to 0) will be updated from their respectively indicated urls.
