Note that due to changes to the calculation model by RIVM, some functions of the Groene Baten Planner connection in this trigger are no longer functional. However, this trigger can serve as an example implementation for how to create a trigger-based connector to the Groene Baten Planner or other calculation models.
Submits a package of measures as active in the Project to the Groene Baten Planner, and returns the results as Globals.
Groene Baten Planner measures (GBP measures, not to be confused with Tygron's Measures) are defined as Areas in the Project. The Areas should be active, and should have an Attribute defining them as a Groene Baten Planner measure Area. The value of the Attribute should match a valid measure ID as defined by the Groene Baten Planner. Areas which don't have the defininig Attribute are ignored. Areas which are inactive (have their ACTIVE Attribute set to 0) are ignored.
The Groene Baten Planner only performs calculations within the Netherlands. The Groene Baten Planner only computes the difference between the currently known situation, and the situation as it would result from the applied GBP measures.
The Trigger calling this task should be configured as a Beforer Trigger, with a timeout of at least 140 seconds.
The Groene Baten Planner is developed by the RIVM. For more information on the internal calculations of the Groene Baten Planner, visit https://atlasnatuurlijkkapitaal.nl/groene-baten-planner
